GF Review: Goodbye Gluten Multigrain Wraps
When possible, I like to make all of my gluten-free products from scratch. Sometimes I just don’t have the time, or it’s easier to buy certain products at the grocery store. There are increasingly more and more really great gluten-free products available. I thought I’d start to document some of my favorites for my fellow gluten-free peeps to enjoy.
I found these Goodbye Gluten Multigrain Wraps at my local Publix, but I know that my mom has also seen them at Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s so they’re available at different markets.
I was most excited to try them because you buy them off the shelf, not frozen! Most gluten-free bread products are in the freezer section at Publix, which isn’t the end of the world because they last a while, but it’s nice to buy things that are fresh off the shelf.
I made a wrap with some sliced Boar’s Head Blazin’ Buffalo Chicken, Dijon mustard, mayo, banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, salt and pepper. I served it with some tomatoes on the side (because my wrap was too big to fit them inside!) and some gluten-free pretzels.
I thought it was really delicious! As most gluten-free wraps are, they do tend to fall apart a little bit more than “regular” wraps. I put so many things inside my wrap it was a little tough to keep together, but this stayed together for the most part.
The taste was great, and reminded me a bit of flour tortillas in the “doughy” consistency which I liked. I also tried this with some peanut butter later in the week and it was also very tasty. I think it would also be great for enchiladas, quesadillas or fajitas if you wanted to try a wrap that was more flour-tortilla-like instead of a corn tortilla.
Definitely give these a try if you’re gluten-free, Celiac or gluten-intolerant, and let me know your thoughts and other ways you’ve used these wraps.

Where are you located? I bought these wraps at a Publix in Daytona Beach, FL last summer, but they didn’t have them when I was there last week. They are certainly not sold in any stores in Maryland and I would love to find them again.
I live in Orlando, FL. I’ve seen them at a few Publix locations down here. Sometimes (at least at Publix) if you ask the store manager to order a product for you, they will usually do it for free and then even call you when it arrives to the store. Maybe you can ask your grocery manager to order them for you? If not, I’d email Goodbye Gluten and see when they will have them at a store near you! I’d be happy to email them for you if you let me know what grocery store is near you 🙂
Thank you for your quick reply. I actually live in Maryland but visit Daytona Beach occassionally. I did contact Goodbye Gluten and they said Maryland is not yet on distribution. It is good to know Publix in Orlando carries it. Maybe I’ll contact the store in Daytona before my next visit. Thanks again!
